From First Idea to Production-Ready Pattern

Every garment we develop follows a clear, structured path. We combine creative interpretation with technical precision to take you from inspiration to a factory-ready package.

Below is what we typically need to begin, and how we guide you through prototype, refinement, digital grading, and preparation for full production.

What We Need to Begin

To begin developing your garment, we typically need one or more of the following:

  • Measurement chart – a complete list of sizes and dimensions for the style
  • Reference sample – an existing garment we can analyze and use as a guide
  • Photo or sketch – clear visuals showing design details and construction

Flexible Material Sourcing

Material sourcing is flexible and agreed with each client. You may provide your own fabrics and trims, or we can assist in sourcing suitable materials according to your requirements and specifications.

From Prototype to Production

Once these elements are defined, we proceed with prototype development, sample refinement, digital grading, and preparation for production, with the option to continue into full garment manufacturing.

Clients can choose whether they need only sample development and full pre-production, or both pre-production and garment manufacturing.

Every collection is different. We adjust the depth of development, number of fit rounds, and grading approach to suit your brand, your budget, and your launch calendar—keeping each step transparent so you always know where your styles are in the process.
